Read this before you touch $GUARD.
AgentGuard is a security protocol, not a promise of profit. These disclosures are written plainly and on purpose. They are informational only and are not themselves legal advice.
Not financial advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making any decision.
No offer or solicitation
This site is informational. It is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, token, or financial instrument in any jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful.
$GUARD is a utility token
$GUARD is intended to fund and coordinate the AgentGuard protocol. It is not a share, equity, debt, or a claim on profit, and holding it carries no expectation of profit derived from the efforts of others.
Token risk — you can lose everything
Crypto tokens are highly volatile and speculative. $GUARD may lose all of its value. Never commit funds you cannot afford to lose entirely. Past performance and backtests do not indicate future results.
No guaranteed returns
AgentGuard makes no promise of any return, yield, buyback, burn, price, or leaderboard outcome. Any leaderboard position, revenue stream, or flywheel described is a target and a design intent, not a guarantee.
Forward-looking statements
Statements about future features, deployments, audits, revenue, or adoption are forward-looking and subject to change. Roadmap items may be delayed, altered, or dropped. Where a feature is not yet live, the site labels it as such.
Experimental software, no warranty
AgentGuard, GuardScan, and the smart contracts are provided “as is” under the MIT license, without warranty of any kind. Security tooling reduces risk; it does not eliminate it. No tool can guarantee an agent is safe.
Smart-contract & audit status
Custody contracts remain on testnet pending a third-party audit; only the token and a non-custodial controller are intended to launch on mainnet first. Interacting with any smart contract carries risk of loss from bugs, exploits, or misuse.
Third-party protocols
AgentGuard integrates with third-party platforms and networks (including Bankr, Gitlawb, and Base). We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, security, or actions.
Regulatory uncertainty
The regulatory treatment of digital assets is evolving and varies by jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. Access may be restricted in some jurisdictions.
By using this site or interacting with the protocol you acknowledge that you have read and understood these disclosures and that you are solely responsible for your own decisions and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
